Gary A. Bundy, Partner

Mr. Bundy is licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey and admitted to practice before the United States District Court of New Jersey. Mr. Bundy has an extensive real estate practice serving a multitude of residential and commercial clients. He also handles landlord/tenant matters, business formations and a wide array of general practice areas. His association with the firm dates back to 1982.

Mr. Bundy is a past trustee of the Union County Bar Association, past member of the Roselle Park Library Board, and past officer of numerous local and county youth sports leagues.

Robert F. Varady, Partner

Mr. Varady is a certified civil trial attorney having been designated by the New Jersey Supreme Court in its first class in 1986. He is licensed both in the State of New Jersey and the State of New York. Mr. Varady is admitted to practice before the United States District Court of New Jersey, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. In the year 2000 Mr. Varady was authorized to become a court appointed mediator by the New Jersey Supreme Court.

Mr. Varady focuses his practice in the areas of civil rights litigation, insurance defense, employment litigation and the defense of public entities and officials including police departments and both elected and appointed public officials. He also represents boards of education serving as the general counsel to the City of Elizabeth Board of Education and the Union County Vocational Technical School District.

Mr. Varady is a frequent lecturer on municipal law, federal civil rights litigation and New Jersey civil rights litigation. He lectured for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, the New Jersey Attorney General’s Advocacy Institute, the John Stamler Police Academy and has conducted in-service training for both the Union County Prosecutor’s Office and the Elizabeth Police Department.

Christopher J. Kinsella, Partner

Mr. Kinsella has represented public entities in the area of tort law, labor and workers compensation for over 20 years. Mr. Kinsella has argued before the Appellate Division on The Tort Claims Act, CEPA, civil rights and qualified immunity. Mr. Kinsella has extensive experience representing employers in workers compensation court.

Mr. Kinsella also advises individuals in estate administration, estate litigation and guardianships. Mr. Kinsella has litigated will contests and guardianships. Mr. Kinsella is frequently appointed by the court to represent alleged incapacitated individuals in guardianship hearings. Mr. Kinsella is a member of the Union and Monmouth County Bar Associations, The Knights of Columbus and the Ancient Order of Hibernians.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. DiPalo served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Linda E. Mallozzi, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Union County Vicinage. Ms. DiPalo has briefed and argued numerous motions in relation to the Tort Claims Act. Ms. DiPalo has also submitted Appellate Division and District Court briefs. While in law school, Ms. DiPalo served as a student attorney in the family law clinic of the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice.

John F. Malone of counsel

Mr. Malone is a retired Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Union County. Mr. Malone served as Judge in the Family Civil, Criminal and General Equity Divisions of the court, serving as presiding judge of both Criminal and General Equity. During his service on the bench, he presided over a wide range of cases including employment, labor, arbitration, negligence and contracts. Prior to his appointment to the bench, Mr. Malone served as a Board of Education attorney representing local boards for approximately 15 years. As board attorney, he advised local boards in all aspects of Education Law. Mr. Malone conducted labor negotiating for both school boards and the Housing Authority of Elizabeth and advised public agencies on personnel matters.

Anne K. Frawley of counsel

Ms. Frawley is licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey, and has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court of New Jersey and the United States Supreme Court.

Prior to joining the firm in 2016, Ms. Frawley retired as Union County Deputy First Assistant Prosecutor after 28 years of service. Ms. Frawley has extensive experience in the investigation and prosecution in Internal Affairs matters, Official Misconduct of Governmental Officials, Organized Crime and Economic Crimes. Ms. Frawley was designated the custodian of records for requests pursuant to the Open Public Records Act, the Ethics Liaison with the State of New Jersey Attorney General’s Office and managed the civil litigation within the office. Ms. Frawley was the recipient of the “Outstanding Advocacy over a Career” by the County Prosecutor’s Association of New Jersey.
